About Me
I am a third-year Computer Science student at Simon Fraser University. I began writing software well before university as I wanted to make cool and useful things. One of my earliest projects is Shorts Deflector, a browser extension that now has over 7,500 monthly users.
At SFU, I joined SFU SAT, where I led a team of five to build and test the radio communications system for a high-altitude balloon project. Learn More.
Later, I also joined ALEASAT, which is a project composed of around 100 students from UBC Orbit and SFU SAT. With support from UBC, the Radio Amateurs of Canada, and the European Space Agency's Fly Your Satellite! Programme, we are in the process of building and testing our satellite with an aim to launch a 1U CubeSat in a few years. I lead the backend team for the Mission Operations subsystem, responsible for satellite health monitoring, ground station operations, image data processing, and task scheduling. Learn More.
Outside of academics and aerospace, I manage an Unraid server at home that runs various services, including Immich, Syncthing, and Grafana using Docker and Docker Compose.
